In the hot summer weather, I want to refresh and rejuvenate one gulp down a cold drink. Come to the aid of cocktails made with seasonal berries and fruits, chilled cool soda AI ice cubes. Such an easy and healthy vitamin drink excellent tones and quenches thirst. And milkshakes with chocolate,

coffee or cocoa can boost your mood. To improve the taste, you can add strawberry or raspberry syrup, hazelnuts or almonds.

Ice-cube — 3 PCs avocado — 1 piece raspberry syrup, liquid honey — 2 tbsp milk — 300 ml.

Avocado wash. With a sharp knife, make a longitudinal circular incision around the fruit until the knife reaches the bone. To separate the two halves by turning on their axes towards each other. Vanilla sugar — 0.5 tsp. berry syrup — 2 tbsp milk — 1 Cup ice cream — 100 g, grated chocolate for decoration, sugar — 1 tsp cinnamon — 0.5 tsp. soft pears — 2 PCs. orange liqueur — 1 tbsp

Pears wash and peel. Cut each into 4 pieces, remove core. Chop the pulp into a puree, mix with sugar. To shift the pear puree in a blender, add the cold milk, ice cream, syrup, liqueur, cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Beat the mixture for about a minute. Pour the milkshake into glasses and sprinkle with grated chocolate. You can decorate with fresh berries.

Apple smoothies Apples — 3 PCs. bananas — 1 yoghurt — 500 ml honey — 2 tbsp frozen berries to taste, butter souffle in taste, creamy ice cream to taste.

The apples bake in the oven after removing the core. The pulp together with banana blend until smooth, gradually adding the yogurt and honey. The resulting mass is put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Get a smoothie from the fridge, whisk. Pour by the glass. Each glass garnish with a cinnamon stick. Optionally, you can add some frozen berries or decorate ice cream.

Chocolate smoothie with banana and coconut milk

Banana — 4 PCs coconut milk — 300 ml, cocoa — 2 tbsp honey — 2 tbsp coconut — 2 tbsp

Pour the coconut milk into the blender and beat well for one minute. Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Put the bananas in the bowl of a blender, add the honey and cocoa, beat well again. Sprinkle in smoothies coconut — she will drink some extra texture, and mix. Pour the drink into glasses and serve immediately.

Drink of kiwi and banana

Fresh ginger root — 1 see honey — 4 tbsp natural yoghurt — 500 ml milk — 250 ml, kiwi — 3 pieces, banana — 1 PC.

Lemonade with pineapple

Water — 500 ml, sugar syrup — 60 g, lemon (zest and juice) — 1 piece of canned pineapple in its own juice — 1 Bank, fresh mint (leaves).

Bring water to a boil. Pour the sugar syrup, add the grated zest, remove from heat and stir. Immediately strain through a fine strainer into a decanter. From lemon, squeeze the juice and add it to the carafe. Also there pour the pineapple juice from the jar and put slices of canned pineapple. Green lemonade

Sugar, ice sparkling water — 1,5 l, cucumber — 3 PCs large red sweet pepper — 1 piece lime (juice and zest) — 1 PC. lemon — 3 pieces tarragon or mint (sprigs).

2 cucumber and sweet pepper in advance to cut thin circles and separately, sprinkle about 2 tablespoons sugar. Before cooking, slice the remaining cucumber and 1 lemon thin circles. From the remaining lemons and squeeze the juice. In a jug place the leaves 2-3 sprigs of tarragon or mint, add 1 tsp sugar, zest and lime juice and lemon juice, to RUB them, pour soda water. Add a mug of lemon, pepper and all the cucumbers. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Honey — 1 tbsp lemon — 2 cloves, tarragon — 1 bunch mint — 1 bunch, ginger root — 3 piece, ice — 40 cubes, mineral water — 50 ml, carbonated water — 500 ml.

At the bottom of the glass put 2 slices of ginger, peppermint, tarragon, lemon and pour 50 ml of mineral water. Mix well and squeeze the juice. Add 1/4 tbsp of liquid honey. If this is not, you can take any med, pre-melt it on a steam bath. Add crushed ice in a blender — 20 CC. Over lay back mint, tarragon, 1 lemon and 1/4 tbsp of honey. Add ice and the rest of the honey. Cover everything with soda water and decorate with a slice of ginger and mint.

Iced tea with mint and lemon

Mint — 2-3 sprigs, black tea (welding) — 3-4 tsp cane sugar (or honey) – 3-4 tbsp (to taste), a little lemon — 1-2 PCs. ice — to taste water — 1 l

To make tea, the tea leaves, pour hot water, let stand and strain. Squeeze the juice from 1 lemon and add to tea. Add brown sugar and mix well. Slice the second lemon slices, put in a pitcher, add the mint and pour the cooked tea. Allow to cool in the fridge. Before serving, add ice.
