Pears wash and peel. Cut each into 4 pieces, remove core. Chop the pulp into a puree, mix with sugar. To shift the pear puree in a blender, add the cold milk, ice cream, syrup, liqueur, cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Beat the mixture for about a minute. Pour the milkshake into glasses and sprinkle with grated chocolate. You can decorate with fresh berries.
Apple smoothies Apples — 3 PCs. bananas — 1 yoghurt — 500 ml honey — 2 tbsp frozen berries to taste, butter souffle in taste, creamy ice cream to taste.
The apples bake in the oven after removing the core. The pulp together with banana blend until smooth, gradually adding the yogurt and honey. The resulting mass is put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Get a smoothie from the fridge, whisk. Pour by the glass. Each glass garnish with a cinnamon stick. Optionally, you can add some frozen berries or decorate ice cream.
Chocolate smoothie with banana and coconut milk
Banana — 4 PCs coconut milk — 300 ml, cocoa — 2 tbsp honey — 2 tbsp coconut — 2 tbsp
Pour the coconut milk into the blender and beat well for one minute. Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Put the bananas in the bowl of a blender, add the honey and cocoa, beat well again. Sprinkle in smoothies coconut — she will drink some extra texture, and mix. Pour the drink into glasses and serve immediately.
Drink of kiwi and banana
Fresh ginger root — 1 see honey — 4 tbsp natural yoghurt — 500 ml milk — 250 ml, kiwi — 3 pieces, banana — 1 PC.

From the remaining lemons and squeeze the juice. In a jug place the leaves 2-3 sprigs of tarragon or mint, add 1 tsp sugar, zest and lime juice and lemon juice, to RUB them, pour soda water. Add a mug of lemon, pepper and all the cucumbers. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Honey — 1 tbsp lemon — 2 cloves, tarragon — 1 bunch mint — 1 bunch, ginger root — 3 piece, ice — 40 cubes, mineral water — 50 ml, carbonated water — 500 ml.
