These two wonderful dessert prepared in a few minutes. The main thing in the freezer was frozen strawberries. You can of course fresh, but then have to wait until they freeze. And so, it quickly in a blender, add certain additives, a few minutes and delicious dessert is ready, and your guests
go home admire – what a hostess! ))) Is true and sorbet and ice cream will be soft, want ice in the freezer for an hour or two. Each of the desserts are delicious in their own way. Because of lime and its zest the taste of the sorbet is just amazing! Fresh, flavorful, with great acidity – just Otpad! And the ice cream turns out to be pretty interesting, with a spicy hint of lemon thyme (the latter growing in my garden, hostess, pancake))). Think fit, and another, and even Basil or rosemary.
Ingredients for 3-4 servings of sorbet:
500 g frozen hulled strawberries
100 ml of water,
200 g of sugar,
zest and juice of 1 lime.
First you need to make the syrup,( I have it in the summer almost always have in the fridge, cook 200-400 ml, just in case if you want to cook for example Mojito or some other drink). Sugar add water, bring to boil, simmer for 1-2 minutes until it dissolves. Cool and put in refrigerator. Strawberries, zest and lime juice to put in the bowl of a blender and pulsing motion puree, add the syrup and beat well. All! Immediately in the bowl. and enjoy. ))) You can put in the freezer, if you like very frozen sorbet.

500 g frozen and hulled strawberries
250 ml cream 33-35%,
To be honest, this dessert is probably hardly be called ice cream, but so be it.))) Usually all the proportions I have “eyes”, but there’s honestly all I measured. Of course you try and adjust according to your taste. Strawberries with lemon juice, sugar and thyme in a blender to grind. Add the cream and beat well. All! In ice cream freezer and on the table! The same can be prepared from any other frozen berries. Love the cherry.)))
